The 2005/06 season was one to remember for Barcelona.

In addition to clinching a remarkable trio of titles—La Liga, the Supercopa de España, and the Champions League—this success signified Lionel Messi’s true rise to prominence. Scoring eight goals across all tournaments, he started to take over the limelight from Ronaldinho. Crucially, the season was immortalized by their standout Total 90 home kit, showcasing their achievements in a visually striking manner.

Now, Nike is bringing that legendary kit back.

Footy Headlines has announced that the Barcelona 2005/06 Total 90 home kit will be relaunched as part of Nike’s ongoing mission to bring back the T90 collection, a series that has already revived beloved national kits like those of the USA and Brazil.

The original jersey featured an upgraded design of past Barca kits, incorporating symmetrical stripes, yellow side accents, and a distinctive collar trim. These elements will remain in the reissued jersey, offering fans a faithful reproduction of the iconic classic.

The Barcelona 2005/06 T90 edition is set to be released in stores by late 2025 or early 2026, providing a new generation with the chance to revel in one of the club’s most legendary seasons in genuine style.
