Tottenham have placed a £25million valuation on midfielder Harry Winks, with the England international set to leave this summer.

Winks has played a peripheral role under Antonio Conte since the Italian manager’s arrival in November and is expected to depart north London ahead of next season.

There is likely to be no shortage of takers for Winks; Southampton and Newcastle are understood to have early interest in the midfielder.

Winks, who has made over 200 appearances for Spurs and played in the 2019 Champions League final, became a key part of England boss Gareth Southgate’s plans during Mauricio Pochettino’s reign at Tottenham.

But his lack of action at Spurs means he is stuck on 10 international caps.

Spurs will look to offload a number of players this summer. Tanguy Ndombele, Bryan Gil and Giovani Lo Celso, who all spent the second half of the season on loan, are expected to be sold.

Likewise, the futures of Steven Bergwijn, Sergio Reguilon and Joe Rodon are also unclear heading into the summer transfer window.
