Wolves remain in negotiations with Strasbourg over transfers for midfielders Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Habib Diarra ahead of Friday’s 11pm transfer deadline.
Mail Sport reported on Wednesday evening that Wolves have been in talks with Strasbourg for both Bellegarde and Diarra.
They have had offers rejected for both, but talks are ongoing for 25-year-old Bellegarde who wants to move to Molineux.
Diarra, 19, is a highly rated youth prospect and is seen as a potential direct replacement for Matheus Nunes.

Wolves are also looking to secure the signing of Strasbourg midfielder Habib Diarra
Having only signed Matt Doherty on a free transfer up until Monday due to Financial Fair Play concerns, the sale of Nunes to Manchester City for £53million has allowed Gary O’Neil to go on a spending spree.
Tommy Doyle arrived on loan as part of the Nunes deal, and Wolves have also signed Uruguayan defender Santiago Bueno and Paraguayan winger Enso Gonzalez.
The Midlands club are one of a number of Premier League sides who retain an interest in Southampton’s Che Adams.
