Anticipation is at an all-time high as fans gear up for the return of the gripping drama “Tell Me Lies,” now set to unveil its third season on January 13, 2026. A fresh trailer has just been released, sparking excitement and tension in equal measure.

Hulu has once again stirred the pot with this riveting series, starring Grace Van Patten and Jackson White, who reprise their roles as Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco. The upcoming season promises to delve deeper into the complexities of their rekindled relationship, now set against the backdrop of the spring semester at Baird College.

Opening with a compelling scene, the trailer features Lucy Albright speaking directly to the camera, laying the groundwork for the drama to unfold. “I need to apologize… to everyone. So I am making this tape to say that I am so sorry,” she confesses, hinting at the turmoil ahead.

Despite the characters’ determination to turn over a new leaf, the shadow of their past missteps looms large. The narrative suggests that old habits die hard, casting doubt on their promises for a fresh start. As the plot thickens, Lucy finds herself unexpectedly caught in a controversy, desperate to escape its grasp.

Although the pair “promise things will be different this time, past indiscretions hinder their best intentions, and Lucy finds herself embroiled in a controversy she wants nothing to do with.”

The drama doesn’t end there.

“Repercussions from the previous year also force Lucy and Stephen’s friends to face their own destructive behaviors. As scandalous secrets fester around campus, vicious consequences threaten Lucy and everyone in her circle.”

Starring alongside Van Patten and White are Cat Missal, Spencer House, Sonia Mena, Branden Cook, Alicia Crowder and Costa D’Angelo.

Emma Roberts executive produces. Meaghan Oppenheimer serves as executive producer & showrunner.

“Tell Me Lies” season three premieres January 13, 2026, with two episodes on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Hulu, Disney+ and this ABC station.
