A TikTok influencer recently expressed the importance of treasuring moments with her son in a poignant post, just weeks prior to his untimely passing in a tragic incident.
Emilie Kiser, a 26-year-old family-focused blogger, shared her joy in spending quality time with her husband Brady and their son Trigg, as they anticipated the arrival of their second child.
Trigg was tragically found unresponsive in a backyard pool on May 12 in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb near Phoenix, according to police reports given to the CBS affiliate KPHO-TV.
He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and spent nearly a week fighting for his life.
On May 18, the Maricopa County medical examiner confirmed the three-year-old had died.
Authorities have not released an official cause of death.
The heartbreaking incident unfolded after police responded to a drowning call at a private property.
Emilie, who has 3.5 million TikTok followers, has not yet publicly addressed her son’s passing.
But in the weeks leading up to the accident, she had been documenting sweet family moments online.
“Soaking up every last moment as a fam of 3 (plus the pups hehe,” she wrote in the February post.
At the time, she was pregnant with her second child and shared the newborn’s arrival on March 29.
The photos showed Trigg happily posing with his parents in warm weather.
Instagram users gushed over the little boy in the comments.
“Triggy will be an amazing brother,” one wrote.
“Trigg sunglasses 10/10,” added another.
Others called him “a cool kid” and said he looked like his dad’s “lil twin.”
