Last week’s finale of Paramount+’s MobLand was thrilling. Featuring Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren, and Pierce Brosnan, this crime series concluded with dramatic flair, which Sean T. Collins covered extensively for Decider.
While there’s no shortage of captivating new shows to dive into — we’re enjoying Apple TV+’s Stick, Prime Video’s college comedy Overcompensating, the latest season of Love Island, and the ensemble comedy Adults on Hulu — we can’t help but miss Harry, Conrad, and Maeve already.
What’s the latest on our favorite Paramount+ crime drama? Has MobLand been renewed for Season 2? Here’s everything we know.
How Many Episodes Are There of MobLand Season 1?
The first season of MobLand consists of ten episodes.
Is There a New Episode of MobLand On Paramount+ This Week?
Nope. Unfortunately, the season finale (“The Beast in Me”) premiered June 1 on Paramount+.
Will There Be a Season 2 of MobLand?
No official renewal has been announced yet, but all indications suggest a second season is likely. The series achieved the largest global premiere in Paramount+ history, and Tom Hardy confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that the aim is to “absolutely continue with more seasons.”
Paramount tends to make us wait for official renewal announcements — Landman concluded in January but wasn’t officially renewed until March — so the lack of information isn’t concerning.
