Netflix is expanding its offerings beyond TV shows, movies, documentaries, and live WWE events — soon, users will be able to enjoy video podcasts as well. The streaming giant announced a collaboration with Spotify’s podcast studio and The Ringer, planning to feature 16 series on its platform. Some of these include The Bill Simmons Podcast, Conspiracy Theories, as well as The Ringer’s podcasts on topics like the NFL, NBA, Fantasy Football, and F1.

Initially, Netflix will not introduce commercial breaks during these video podcasts, although Spotify’s advertisements within the podcasts will still be present, according to The Times. Netflix already creates several podcasts focused on its shows, such as You Cannot Make This Up, Skip Intro, and We Have the Receipts, which are also available on YouTube. Earlier in the year, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos suggested during an earnings call that podcasts might be coming to the platform, remarking, “As the popularity of video podcasts grow, I suspect you’ll see some of them find their way to Netflix.”

Spotify appears to have plans for further expanding its podcast reach as well, stating its intention to “bring similar opportunities to a wider range of creators” in the future. The complete list of podcasts debuting on Netflix can be accessed via their website.
