Fran Parman has said she is ‘starting to feel like my old self again’ after losing 10lb for her return to TOWIE.
The reality star, 29, showed off her impressive weight loss as she took to Instagram on Monday to share a sizzling lingerie snap.
Fran, who gained three stone over lockdown, looked incredible in a white lace bra and a denim minidress.

Fran put on a leggy display as she posed in the daring dress which exposed her racy lingerie.
She wrote: ‘Starting to feel like my old self again, still a little way to go but I remind myself & so should you, anyone who’s on a weight loss journey, this is a marathon not a sprint, these things take time so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get results straight away, you will get there and don’t give up. You got this.’

The reality star said she ‘didn’t give a s**t’ about people’s comments’ about her weight as she candidly discussed body confidence, after telling fans she had dropped an incredible 10lb.
She said: ‘Hey guys I just want to say a quick thank you to everyone’s messages. Yes, as we’ve all gathered I have gone up to a size 12.
‘I actually don’t understand why some people have got a problem with it, it happens. I just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely comments and the negative ones I just wish you happiness guys.

‘I just want to let everyone know I’m okay, I don’t give a s**t about people’s comments.
‘I genuinely pity them, this is the whole reason why I’m doing this video as well, because I know there are people going through the same sort of journey and it’s hard especially when people is nasty about it.’
‘You just think f**k off, I’m doing something about it and I’m happy with the size I am. What are you gaining from it?’
The star recently revealed she had put on 3st in three months after moving in with her 91-year-old granddad to care for him during lockdown.
