No update about Florida Panther’s Joe Thornton’s injury update is available on the web. Whatever it may be, we wish he gets better soon.
Joseph is a Canadian professional ice hockey center who plays for the National Hockey League’s Florida Panthers. He previously spent time with the Boston Bruins, San Jose Sharks, and Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Bruins picked him first overall in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, and he played seven seasons with the team, three as captain. He was traded to the Sharks for the 2005–06 season.
Thornton earned the Art Ross and Hart Memorial Trophies as the league’s leading point-scorer and most valuable player, respectively, despite splitting the season between the two clubs.

Thornton would play 14 more seasons with the Sharks, including four as team captain and in 2016 a run to the Stanley Cup Finals.
Likewise, the player’s on-ice vision, puck strength, slick passing abilities, and forward power style of play have propelled him to the league’s top-line centers.
He is widely recognized as one of the greatest passers of all time, and he is one of just 13 energetic players in NHL history to have 1,000 assists.
Thornton’s moniker “Jumbo Joe” refers to his enormous size and Jumbo, the elephant, who died near St. Thomas, Ontario, where he was reared.
