Colter was sentenced to prison in 2002 for attempted murder and was released on Tuesday.
According to the Carlsbad Current-Argus, Thomas Colter of Carlsbad was bound for trial on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual penetration for allegedly rapping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl last year.
The victim, who survived two gunshot wounds to the face, claimed detectives he tracked down the accurate shooter at the Patapsco Flea Market in South Baltimore years later.

In late 2021, Thomas was released from prison. He had spent nearly 20 years in prison for assassinating Carl Doty, his sister’s rapist.
Thomas reported his sister appeared relieved when she realized her sexual attacker couldn’t do it again to each of their own.
In one of the Tiktok clips, he disclosed that he had transferred to a facility where he was permitted to work. Even so, there was plenty of security. At his workplace, the police and security were always present.
Colter had previously escaped from jail while working at a McDonald’s without a drive-thru. However, after his friends reported him to the police, he was immediately arrested. Thomas has answered his fans’ questions, as he does in many of his recent films.

His 14-year-old sister had blood on her jeans when she returned home. Carl Doty, a family friend who resided in the same neighborhood, she said was her rapist.
After hearing his sister’s pleadings, Thomas gathered four of his friends and assaulted Carl with a crowbar and a bat. Carl was then killed in a car accident.
