Falati claimed she didn’t see the injuries and didn’t say they were caused by Depp, despite Heard’s prior claims to the contrary.
According to a nursing journal presented to the court by Heard’s former nurse, it was actively bleeding. She allege that during an altercation with Heard, she had fractured her skull and lost clumps of hair; however, she had not noticed the hair loss during their confrontation at the actress’ home.
