There are hundreds of photos of Coleen Nolan’s before and after photos available on the internet. The presenter admitted that if she didn’t have her daughter Ciara to cook for her, she wouldn’t be able to stick to her new diet.

‘I was worried,’ she added, ‘but being here and staying in a hotel, they cater for everything, so it’s been straightforward.’

It comes after Linda and Anne admitted that they are constantly afraid of cancer while discussing their battle with the disease.

On Tuesday, the Loose Women panelists Ruth Langsford, Janet Street-Porter, and Brenda Edwards joined Nolan in the studio for the very first time since the coronavirus pandemic began.

Coleen wanted to change her eating habits after her sisters Linda and Anne were rediagnosed with cancer. She attributed the change to her new vegan diet.

Linda has had incurable cancer, but Anne has been given the all-clear after treatment.

Coleen claims she has lost weight since beginning the diet due to her sister’s cancer battle.

And Coleen exclaimed that she was feeling better than she had in years.
