She kept her belongings in a black leather handbag that she wore over her torso crossbody-style.

Her cutoff tank top exposed her trim waist and flat tummy as she picked up items during her errand. 

The young beauty wore her waist-length brunette locks loose and in a center part, letting them fall freely down her back.

She sported a set of silver headphones over her ears, which topped her large silver hoop earrings.

Madison accessorized further with a gold necklace that had a drop pendant attached to it.

On her wrist she rocked two peach-colored beaded bracelets, which nicely complemented her soft pink almond-shaped manicure.

She later emerged from shopping with a filled brown paper bag that she carried in her hand as she headed to her car.

The music artist was last active on Instagram on Thursday, posting a slideshow of images for her 31 million followers.

Fresh off her Life Support Tour, she was already back in a music studio as she posed for photos.

The fashionista donned a pair of white drawstring cargo slacks that were low-rise and showed off the bottom of her midriff.

Madison wore a vintage white crop top with a Gerber Children’s Centers logo printed on it.

She layered a grey jacket over it, leaving it open to display her shirt. The look was punctuated with a pair of white sneakers.

Beer upped the outfit’s cool factor with a pair of lightly-tinted, rimless sunglasses.
