Diddy's lawyer slammed by judge for calling prosecutors a 'six-pack of white women'

The judge in charge of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case criticized one of Combs’ family lawyers on Tuesday. This followed the lawyer’s complaints on his podcast about the prosecution team consisting entirely of women.

“This is ridiculous,” remarked Judge Arun Subramanian during a private reprimand of Mark Geragos, Combs’ mother’s attorney, who has been seen consulting with Combs’ legal team, according to the court transcript.

Geragos angered the judge by referring to the all-women prosecution team as “a six-pack of white women” on a recent podcast episode he co-hosts with TMZ founder Harvey Levin.

“I think referring to the prosecution in this case as a six-pack of white women is outrageous,” Subramanian told Geragos, according to the transcript obtained by The Post.

“This would not be tolerated in any court from any lawyer anywhere across the nation,” the jurist added to the veteran attorney.

Geragos disclosed during the meeting that Combs, whom he said he speaks to “with great frequency,” believes he’s being “targeted” because he’s black.

“I think when you’ve got a black man who’s being prosecuted and the client feels like he’s being targeted, it’s a — it’s an observation,” Geragos said in defense of his eyebrow-raising comment about the prosecutors.

The lawyers representing Combs at trial, including lead attorney Marc Agnfilo and Teny Geragos, Mark’s daughter, have agreed not to argue at trial that he was “targeted” by a “selective” prosecution because he’s a black man, or bring up prominent white people who have hired sex workers and not been charged with crimes.

The testy encounter unfolded after Southern District of New York prosecutors urged the judge to remind Geragos and Combs’ defense team of their obligations not to make public statements that could infect the jury pool.

Geragos has repped several celebrity clients over the years, including Michael Jackson and Hunter Biden.

He’s not listed as a lawyer on Combs’ case but revealed Tuesday that he’s working for Combs’ mother, Janice, in an undisclosed matter. He’s been spotted observing the first two days of jury selection in a section of the Manhattan federal courtroom reserved for Combs’ friends and family.

Geragos’ daughter, Teny Geragos, is a member of Combs’ defense team at the firm Agnifilo Intrater LLP.

The judge’s lambasting of Mark Geragos Tuesday morning ended on a lighter note, with the jurist noting that he would be listening to future episodes of the podcast to make sure the attorney did not make similar further comments.

“I’m going to be watching and I’m going to be listening. All right? You have one more listener for your podcast,” the judge said.

“As long as you subscribe, I’m all for it,” Geragos replied.

Combs, 55, faces up to life in prison on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Jury selection resumes Wednesday.

Mark Geragos could not immediately be reached Tuesday night.
