Scottish Journalist Lorraine Kelly recovered from the fear and rode a horse recently.

Ever since her accident back in 2012, she confessed that she had not been able to ride a horse. She has also been visiting 14-times Paralympic Gold medalist, Sir Lee Pearson, to overcome her fear.

However, after ten years, she has finally overcome her fear of horse-riding fear on today’s edition of her self-titled chat show. She mentioned that she was anxious in the beginning as she took her massive step to ride a horse after a decade.

Although she was doubtful that she could do it, she decided to go with the flow, irrespective of that making her uncomfortable. She then put on Sir Lee’s Championship hat from the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020 and proceeded to mount the horse.

She stated, “Oh my goodness me! Not in a million years; I never thought I would do this.” Further, the TV presenter described the experience as emotional and fought back the tears as she vowed to not be “frightened anymore.”
