And the unusual incident prompted a variety of obituaries on Calvin Dim as people left their respects online, thinking that he had actually passed away following the claimed kidnapping. On the internet, there was widespread speculation that the adolescent had been killed.
Close examination, however, dispels the riddle by showing that everything described here was a fabrication. The channel’s creator, Sylas Dean, is a well-known author of creepypasta tales. He is a singer from Los Angeles, California, who is good at making up creepy stories.
Dean even has an 11K-subscriber Youtube channel where he posts spooky made-up stories that last between 10 and 20 minutes. He even has a podcast and has put out an EP and a few tracks.
“Calvin Dim was never discovered, and the unsettling mystery of the Arcadia tapes continues unresolved, keep tuned for more originals to come,” reads the title of the Tiktok video. It effectively proves that the narrative is a fabrication. It’s one of the user CreepyTime’s terrifying original stories.
Also, it is obvious that the masks belong to the American heavy metal group Slipknot.
