Rosaline Elbay is a well-known actress and writer best known for her roles as “Amani” in the Hulu/A24 television series Ramy and “Sara” in the MBC Masr television series Qabeel.
In September 2021, she was revealed to be a key cast member of the Netflix series Kaleidoscope.
Elbay represented young filmmakers at the 40th and 41st iterations of the Cairo International Film Festival. The TV Development Workshop at the Festival is where she wrote the screenplay for “Garlic.”
