Andy Cohen poked fun of his New Year’s Eve rival Ryan Seacrest on Friday while they both hosted live shows from New York City.

‘If you look behind me, you’ll see Ryan Seacrest’s group of losers performing,’ Andy, 53, told CNN viewers while co-hosting with news anchor Anderson Cooper, 54.

‘I’m sorry but if you’re watching ABC, you’re watching nothing,’ added Andy as he took a dig at his network rival Ryan, 47.

The ABC broadcast featured performances by Ashanti, Ja Rule and Journey in Times Square.

Andy also made fun of Filipino singer Arnel Pineda, 54, as the lead singer of Journey.

‘We were doused with confetti from fake Journey on ABC. If it’s not Steve Perry, it doesn’t count! You get it?,’ Andy said.

‘It’s not Journey! It’s propaganda! It’s propaganda! It’s not Journey! It’s not Journey! No, that was not Journey. Steve Perry is Journey,’ he continued.

Andy took to Instagram on Saturday to claim that he was ‘overserved’ after blasting former NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio on CNN’s New Year’s Eve special.

He said ‘Sayonara Sucker!’ to the former mayor after shots with Anderson in honor of the late Betty White.

Anderson appeared to be both entertained and alarmed at Cohen’s comments as he attempted to diffuse the situation.

The following day, Cohen admitted the shots may have had something to do with his rant.

‘I was a bit overserved last night,’ he wrote in a Saturday post on Instagram. ‘I had so much fun though, and I hope you did too!’

Ryan meanwhile ushered in the New Year with girlfriend Aubrey Paige, 24.

She sang his praises on Instagram with a heartfelt post and wrote: ‘Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man. Wishing everyone love, happiness, safety & health in 2022.’
