A prominent supporter of the MAGA movement is advising Stephen Miller to take legal action against a liberal CNN guest for alleged defamation. Charlie Kirk, leader of Turning Point USA, is encouraging Miller to consult a lawyer following comments from CNN panelist Tiffany Cross, who labeled Miller, a White House aide, as a “white supremacist.”

Cross, a former MSNBC commentator, joined 'CNN’s Newsnight' show where she went after Miller for being the ‘brainchild’ behind Donald Trump ’s crime crackdown in DC . ‘Any time that we play something from Stephen Miller, it would be journalistic integrity to point out that he is a white supremacist and he is the brainchild behind this policy,’ Cross told CNN host Abby Phillips during a panel discussion.

Cross, formerly a commentator for MSNBC, made her remarks on ‘CNN’s Newsnight’ program, criticizing Miller for being the “architect” behind Donald Trump’s crime reduction efforts in Washington, DC. During a panel discussion with CNN host Abby Phillips, Cross stated, “Any time we feature something from Stephen Miller, it is imperative for journalistic integrity to acknowledge that he is a white supremacist and the mastermind behind this policy.”

‘That's not my opinion. That's an actual fact. And for him to purport lies from the Oval Office as a white supremacist, it should be pointed out.’ The liberal panelist was responding to comments made by Miller on Monday in the Oval Office where he claimed DC residents are safer now under Trump’s crackdown.

“This is not just my opinion. It is a fact. When he spreads falsehoods from the Oval Office as a white supremacist, it should be highlighted,” Cross continued. Her comments followed Miller’s assertions made in the Oval Office on Monday, where he claimed that Trump’s measures have increased safety for DC residents.

‘For the first time in their lives, they can use the parks, they can walk on the streets,’ Miller said. ‘You have people who can walk freely at night without having to worry about being robbed or mugged.’ ‘They're wearing their watches again. They're wearing jewelry again. They're wearing purses again,' he continued. The Daily Mail reached out to Cross for comment.

Miller stated, “For the first time, residents can use the parks and walk on the streets comfortably. People are free to move at night without the fear of being robbed or mugged. They are wearing their watches and jewelry once again,” Miller elaborated. The Daily Mail attempted to contact Cross for her reaction.

Kirk claimed that Trump’s takeover of DC is ‘saving mostly black lives.’ ‘CNN’s Tiffany Cross called Stephen Miller a white supremacist last night on live television. Why? Because he’s helped architect a crackdown on DC crime that’s saving mostly black lives,’ Kirk wrote on X.

Kirk argued that Trump’s intervention in DC is predominantly safeguarding black lives. He tweeted, “CNN’s Tiffany Cross accused Stephen Miller of being a white supremacist on live TV. Why? Because Miller aided in creating a policy on DC crime that primarily protects black lives,” Kirk explained on X.

‘I hope he sues her for defamation.’ Earlier this month, Trump signed an executive order federalizing the Metropolitan Police Department and deployed the National Guard into the nation’s capital.

“I believe he should sue her for defamation.” Earlier this month, Trump executed an executive order to federalize the Metropolitan Police Department and dispatched the National Guard to the nation’s capital.

Since then, federal law enforcement announced they have made over 1,000 arrests, half of which consisted of undocumented immigrants. More than 2,000 National Guard troops from across six different GOP-led states currently patrol DC.

The Trump administration over the weekend began arming some of the troops with pistols and rifles as they work to assist law enforcement. Miller has not responded to Kirk’s suggestion to sue the liberal panelist. The Daily Mail reached out to the White House for comment.
