Opening Segment Featuring The KO Show with Daniel Bryan

Recommended For You

Daniel Bryan noted he’d like to see the Intercontinental Championship defended every week, which sounds like somebody’s been watching AEW’s TNT Championship division.

Boy, did Daniel Bryan get into his ring gear fast for the eight-man tag team match in the next segment.

Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens and The Street Profits def. Shinsuke Nakamura, Cesaro Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler

Angelo Dawkins doesn’t get nearly enough credit for how exciting his comeback is.

I’m at the point where I’d much see both heel tag teams feud with one another than team with one another.

Bianca Belair def. Zelina Vega

Here’s WWE commentary for ever Bianca Belair match ever: “Bianca Belair is a freak athlete whose athleticism is going to athletically athlete her to the top of the athletes here in WWE. What an athlete!!”

Zelina Vega is in no-woman’s-land as a full-time wrestler. WWE needs to play to her strengths and find somebody for her to manage and develop ASAP.

Lars Sullivan def. Shorty G

Pre-Match Thoughts: If Shorty G wins this match I’ll donate one year’s salary to Kanye West’s presidential campaign.

Either of these men would actually be great candidates to be managed by Zelina Vega.

If a taking guaranteed loss to Lars Sullivan wasn’t enough, Shorty G had to also remind the wrestling world that both Raw and SmackDown all but neglected him during the draft process.

Even when WWE throws Shorty G a bone creatively, his quitting gimmick was already done done by Austin Theory two days prior on WWE NXT.

Shorty G noted he was going back to being Chad Gable. Hopefully this means he’ll grow his hair back out and don an amateur wrestling singlet again.

Bayley Signs the Contract to Face Sasha Banks at WWE Hell in a Cell

Corey Graves correctly noted that Sasha Banks cannot legally make Bayley sign a contract under duress. He noted this on commentary. Banks proceeded to make Sasha Banks sign the contract and Michael Cole announced that this made the match official. Unbelievable.

As good as this feud has been, this go-home segment was a very flat finish.

Law and Otis—Money in the Bank Trial with JBL as Judge

Ron Simmons as a bailiff was such a hilarious choice.

Rey Mysterio is so above doing a segment like this, but of course, he was great in his limited role.

Seth Rollins def. Murphy

There’s no reason why Seth Rollins and Murphy’s first blowoff match shouldn’t be at Hell in a Cell. More evidence of a truly senile era in WWE.

Murphy has defaulted back to his superior ring gear he wore prior to becoming a Seth Rollins disciple.

These two sure did work this match like it was on pay-per-view. For a moment, I even thought Murphy might actually win this thing.

Rey Mysterio insisted the Mysterio family cannot get involved in this feud as they were watching this match backstage on the monitor.

Roman Reigns Announces “Tribal Consequences” for Jey Uso Ahead of WWE Hell in a Cell

The final segment saw Jey Uso cutting a promo on Roman Reigns via satellite, but it wasn’t Jey Uso, it was Jimmy. Fooled me hook, line and sinker.

If Roman Reigns vowed to kick The Usos out of the Anoa’i tribe if he quits against Roman Reigns at Hell in a Cell. Savage.
