A Georgia mother is accused of selling her young daughter for “sexual servitude” to a man before he allegedly raped, sodomized and strangled the girl, WRBL-TV reports.

The disturbing allegations were made public in court records the television station obtained Friday after the mother, 35-year-old Kelly Siple, was arrested for murder and human trafficking in connection with the death of her 5-year-old daughter, Kamarie Holland.

Authorities allege that 37-year-old Jeremy Williams paid Siple for sex with the girl, and that Siple knowingly provided the girl in exchange for “sexual servitude,” according to the television station, citing a warrant filed in court. Siple and Williams reportedly had a previous relationship.

The allegations mark a stunning turn of events after Siple, also referred to as Kristy Hoskins, went on local television in Columbus, Georgia, claiming the girl was “her life” and professing innocence. Siple had donated the girl’s toys to WTVM-TV’s annual holiday toy drive and was interviewed by a reporter about the donation.

“I’m a mommy. I did not have nothing to do with this,” Siple told WTVM-TV, at times crying during the interview. “She was my life. I lived for her. She was my only girl. I have three boys and her.”

As CrimeOnline reported previously, Siple had reported her daughter missing on December 13, claiming that she awoke and discovered that the front door of her home had been open. Authorities had labeled Kamarie as “critically missing,” but no further details were provided at the time.

Later that same day, police found the girl dead in an Alabama home that had been previously occupied by Williams.

In a statement to WRBL-TV, the girl’s father, Corey Holland, expressed outrage and grief.

“The amount of pain Kristy has caused by ripping Kamarie out of our lives will never cease,” Holland told the television station. “We are glad to see that she has been arrested. We are one step closer to justice for Kamarie. We hope that justice is served. Kristy should receive whatever the maximum penalty she can get. . . . She’s a monster.

“A real mother protects and would die for her children. Kristy is a monster. My family and I will continue to wrestle with the loss of losing our angel Kamarie. We will ask that you continue to make your news about her and the justice she deserves.”

Williams could face additional charges, including capital murder during kidnapping, capital murder during rape, capital murder during sodomy, and production of child pornography, Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor said at a news conference, according to WRBL-TV.

Williams has been accused of child abuse previously and was also a suspect in the death of a 1-year-old baby in Alaska, but charges against him were dropped in the Alaska case because of lack of evidence.

In the wake of the allegations, Columbus Assistant Police Chief Joyce Dent-Fitzpatrick cautioned parents to be vigilant about who is around their children.

“This has really struck a nerve for all of us because we really care about our kids and our community,” Dent-Fitzpatrick told WRBL-TV. “The only thing I have to say is, please monitor where your kids are and who they are around.”
