A 9-year-old child shot a 7-year-old child in a car outside a Georgia Chipotle restaurant on Sunday while an adult was inside picking up food.

The Snellville Police Department said the gun was “left inside the car” with the children.

They released no further information except to say that the wounded child was “conscious and alert” when taken to the hospital.
