Denise and Brian were having an affair, and the duo had made plans to kill each other’s spouses to be together. However, Brian did not comply with the plan, and the two ended up killing only Mike.

All these assets were of her mother, whom the insurance company tried for fraud. However, the company dropped its charges under the agreement that Denise’s property would be passed down to Anslee under a few conditions.
The condition is that Anslee is prohibited from using any of the money or assets she received to help pay her mothers’ legal fees or other costs associated with the murder case or any ongoing appeals.
If she violates the agreement terms, the state could force her to turn over $150,000 in damages.
