In 2021, Kelly Osbourne told People she and her older sister, Aimee Osbourne, don’t speak. In the interview, the former reality star said, “We don’t talk. We’re just really different. She doesn’t understand me and I don’t understand her.” Osbourne has not expressed anger or hatred toward her sister, but she acknowledges that the two co-exist.

Osbourne has been through quite an extensive transformation since her first appearance on The Osbournes. She lost a considerable amount of weight. And she had fillers in her jaw due to a TMJ, a jaw disorder.

Osbourne also dealt with a drug addiction that started when she was 13 years old after having tonsillitis. She was prescribed Vicodin for pain, which led to continued use, taking up to six pills a day.

Aimee Osbourne never appeared on the reality show with her famous family. But her reasons for not appearing had nothing to do with her feud with her younger sister. As reported by E! News, she told Barbara Walters in a 2002 interview that she was fearful of being typecast as an actor.

“It really was nothing to do with me not loving them or not wanting the world to know that I am a part of this family,” she said.” “My private life to me is very important,” Aimee Osbourne added. “So it didn’t feel right because my whole life, everything’s been so exposed, so I feel as though now I’m at an age and a time in my life where I can make that choice.” Aimee Osbourne is also a musician by trade. She sings lead vocals for her band, ARO.

However, three family members, Jack, Sharon, and Ozzy, are featured on a show on the Travel Channel called The Osbournes Want to Believe. In it, Jack screens paranormal footage for his famous skeptical parents, trying to convince them of the supernatural. Kelly has made appearances, too.

The Osbournes have certainly seen their fair share of drama through the years. From their public addiction battles to racism allegations, the family has stayed strong through all of it. Though they may not all be close, the Osbournes continue to support one another.
