What Kind Of Assualt Was New Era CEO Chris Koch Arrested For? Chris Koch, the new Era CEO, was arrested over the weekend on a felony charge of reckless endangerment for allegedly endangering his girlfriend’s ex-husband in the parking lot.

According to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, Chris, 61, was involved in an incident outside Oliver’s Restaurant on Delaware Avenue near the Delham in Buffalo.

After appearing in City Court on a felony reckless endangerment charge, Koch was released without bail.

Koch was detained for driving toward his girlfriend’s ex-husband in the parking lot on Saturday at 8:30 p.m, according to the police department.

According to Erie County District Attorney John Flynn, the ex was not at the restaurant by chance. According to the District Attorney’s Office, the victim suffered a hand injury. They also claim Koch collided with the man’s vehicle, causing damage to the passenger side.

The ex-husband stepped out of his car and approached Koch’s 2022 Cadillac, according to prosecutors and court documents acquired by News 4. According to reports, Koch drove toward the man, causing him to jump out of the way.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, the defendant reportedly participated in behavior that presented a grave risk of death to another person by purposely driving his vehicle toward the victim after the victim exited his vehicle and had approached the defendant’s vehicle.

Chris Koch is the fourth generation of his family to oversee our 90-year-old business, producing official hats and merchandise for professional sports organizations.
