Premier League sides Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City and Newcastle United have found out when they will play their Champions League group stage matches this year.

The draw was made earlier in the week, with Eddie Howe’s Newcastle handed the toughest group as they were drawn against PSG, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund.

Manchester United face a tough task as they take on Bayern Munich in their group, but will be hopeful of making it into the knockout stages as Galatasaray and Copenhagen make up their group.

Finally, Arsenal take on Sevilla, RC Lens and PSV, with Mikel Arteta’s side finding out when they will face each side and on which dates.

The competition will begin on 19th September, where Newcastle United’s star signing this summer, Sandro Tonali, will return to his old club AC Milan at the San Siro.

On the same night, there’s one of the ties of the tournament as PSG host Borussia Dortmund while Guardiola’s City will welcome Red Star Belgrade to the Etihad.

The 20th September will see Man United travel to Bayern Munich to kick off their Champions League campaigh, with Arsenal hosting PSV at the Emirates.

Erik ten Hag’s men will host Galatasaray the following week as Arsenal travel to Lens on October 3rd while Newcastle United take on PSG at St James’ Park the following day and Man City travel to Germany to play RB Leipzig.

Matchday three will see United host Copenhagen on the same night that Arsenal play Sevilla in Spain while Newcastle will welcome Borussia Dortmund to St James’ Park on Wednesday October 25, with Man City in Switzerland to face Young Boys.

November 7th sees a reverse of the fixtures from matchday three before Newcastle take on Luis Enrique’s PSG the following week in what’s sure to be a tough clash.

On the same day, Man City host RB Leipzig in their final home match of the group stages while RC Lens travel to Arsenal the following day, with United kicking off early against Galatasaray. 

The groups will conclude on Tuesday 12 December and Wednesday 13th December ahead of the knock-out stages next year.

United will finish their group at home to Bayern Munich in what could be the decider for who tops their group.
