Haston will serve two years in jail as part of a plea agreement with 3 years of probation.

The incident occurred in February of 2023 when the Ardmore Police Department officer Brandon Crews pulled Haston over and attempted to arrest him for driving under the influence.

Haston ran back to his car as the Ardmore Police Department officer tried to handcuff him, dragging the Ardmore Police Department officer across the parking lot and running over his leg.

The Ardmore Police Department officer stated that he was determined to prevent Haston from endangering the community by getting back on the road.
