Justin Ertzner’s Current Cases

Justin Ertzner, in the Madison County Courthouse, entered a plea of not guilty to four charges leveled against him. Justin Ertzner is currently facing charges of attempted murder, burglary, terroristic threats, and use of a firearm to commit a felony.

These charges now faced by Justin Ertzner arise from an incident on September 5, when the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of Justin Ertzner, under the influence, making death threats towards a family member.

According to a published article by News Channel Nebraska, upon arrival, deputies discovered a damaged door and apprehended Justin Ertzner, confiscating a firearm and an unloaded automatic rifle.

The trial for Justin Ertzner was transferred to District Court, and an arraignment occurred on Thursday, during which Justin Ertzner pleaded not guilty.

Justin Ertzner’s bail remains at 10% of $200,000, and Justin Ertzner is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on March 25, followed by a jury trial on May 13.

A Troy Man’s Case Of First-Degree Attempted Murder

In a published article by the Alton Telegraph, a 20-year-old man named Gabriel H. Kammerer has been indicted on charges of attempted first-degree murder, home invasion, aggravated domestic battery, and aggravated unlawful restraint.

These charges against the man were filed after he allegedly stabbed his mother. The incident occurred on December 23.
