A young woman has revealed the two changes she made to transform her appearance.
Emily Brogan, an Australian living in London, showed a snap of what she once looked like and left fans in disbelief, with many saying she now looks like a ‘completely different person’.
Sharing before and after images with her 450,000 TikTok followers, Emily said she’s ‘grateful’ for two things that were key to her transformation: exercise and lip filler.
She also dyed her brown hair blonde and hasn’t looked back since.
Emily started out walking more often and focused on a calorie deficit to lose weight, but now she focuses on building strength by lifting weights and running.

The unexpected transformation stunned fans who complimented Emily on the change.
‘You’re kidding, I didn’t even recognise you. This is what you call a glow up and health,’ one wrote.
‘Omg I did not even recognise you,’ another said.
A third added: ‘Oh my god I literally did not get this at first because I thought it was two different people!’
‘I’m still not 100 per cent sure this is the same person,’ someone else wrote.
The ‘glow up’ also inspired others who shared their motivation to reach fitness and health goals this year.
Emily is best known for her cooking story time videos discussing her life experiences and stories.
Last year she was left feeling ‘dumb’ after learning about the phonetic alphabet for the first time and laughed it off.
‘I feel like this is common knowledge and I somehow missed this,’ she captioned a video posted on TikTok.
