Married at First Sight star Tristan Black showed off his impressive weight loss as he stepped out with co-star Timothy Smith in Sydney.

The pair were all smiles as they exited a Sydney venue, having both called time on their marriages on the Channel Nine program.

Tristan appeared cheerful as he playfully posed for the cameras sporting a cream T-shirt and a pair of light blue denim pants.

Meanwhile, Timothy looked relaxed in a blue top, dark jeans and matching shoes.

The pair forged an adorable father-son bond during season 11 with Timothy even gifting Tristan a matching Byron Bay hoodie during the couples retreat.

Tristan and his bride Cassandra Allen called it quits during last Sunday’s commitment ceremony after they struggled to form a connection.

Tristan shared his feelings of rejection and withdrawal after confessing his love to Cass.

The admission came after a week of reflection, leading them to the painful conclusion that their relationship could not progress beyond friendship.

In a bittersweet farewell, Cass offered Tristan words of encouragement, suggesting that his future partner would be incredibly fortunate.

Tristan responded with a heartfelt acknowledgment of Cass’s impact on his life, expressing gratitude despite the heartbreak.

Meanwhile, Lucinda and Timothy called time on their relationship during Sunday night’s commitment ceremony.

Timothy acknowledged his lacklustre effort, saying, ‘I didn’t go into homestay with the best attitude.’

In an emotional stand before the experts, Timothy said he found deep emotional exploration ‘uncomfortable’ and ‘overwhelming’.

The pivotal moment came as Lucinda, poised with poetic eloquence, chose to step away from the marriage, marking the end of their journey.

Timothy, too, decided to exit the experiment, but not without a glimmer of hope for a friendship beyond the show’s confines.
