AIKEN, S.C. () – The Aiken County Sheriff’s said Narcotics Investigators have dismantled a “major drug operation” after a seizure on May 6.

Authorities stated that they launched an investigation following a tip about a large shipment from California to North Augusta, suspected of containing marijuana. The ACSO reported that they confiscated multiple strains of raw marijuana, along with several thousand THC-infused gummies and vape pens, all valued at approximately $500,000 on the street.

Deputies arrested 23-year-old George Huntington of Warrenville and charged him with Trafficking in Marijuana.
