Paige Spiranac roasts Chris Pratt as 'slowest golfer' she's played with

Paige Spiranac has nothing but love for Chris Pratt as a person, but his golf game is another story.

On Tuesday’s episode of the “Vanity Index” podcast, a well-known golf influencer shared her experience at a celebrity-packed golf outing during the Genesis Invitational. The event included notable players like the “Guardians of the Galaxy” actor, whom she described as possibly the slowest golfer she’s ever encountered.

“At Genesis, they did a celebrity Ryder Cup and my partner was Nick Jonas,” Spiranac told hosts Chad Mumm and Wells Adams.

“We played against Chris Pratt. He was incredibly slow,” she mentioned with a chuckle. “Probably the slowest golfer I’ve encountered. Super nice guy, just very, very slow.”

Spiranac, 32, then divulged how Pratt, 45, “had all these people around him and he’d tell these amazing stories,” but didn’t swing at a swift pace.

“We were like, ‘Hit the golf ball,’” she recalled.

When her episode with “Vanity Index” went live, Spiranac provided further context on the play with Pratt.

“It took us over 3 hours and 30 min to play 9 holes for context lol,” she commented on “Vanity Index’s” Instagram page.

During the podcast, Spiranac — who has five million followers on both Instagram and X — also talked about the most famous celebrities she has ever played golf with.

“If we’re not talking about pro golfers, I was in a foursome once with Mark Wahlberg and Justin Timberlake and Gary Player, so that was pretty sick,” she said.

Another celeb Spiranac could add to her growing list of notable golf partners is Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore.

In the upcoming sequel to the 1996 golf comedy, Spiranac appears as a Dick’s Sporting Goods employee assisting Gilmore, who slices a hole in a golf simulator while surrounding by spectators.

“The fact that I’m in the Happy Gilmore 2 movie is actually insane lol,” Spiranac wrote on X in March when the trailer dropped.

The film, which also features appearances from Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and Travis Kelce, premieres July 25 on Netflix.
