Travis Kelce’s managers, Andre and Aaron Eanes, have finalized the sale of their company, A&A Management, to 3 Arts Entertainment, a firm specializing in film and television.

The Eanes brothers shared the update on social media Monday, announcing that 3 Arts is venturing into the sports sector with their expertise, while they will continue to manage Kelce through A&A Management. The financial aspects of the deal have not been disclosed.

The focus is now on enhancing 3 Arts’ footprint in sports, with this move strategically connecting Kelce’s representation to the entertainment industry, which aligns with the direction the three-time Super Bowl champion envisions for his future.

The Chiefs star, 35, has made no secret of his desire to explore an acting career once his playing days are over and he has already appeared in the TV series Grotesquerie, as well as hosting a quiz show on Amazon. Kelce has also filmed a cameo role in Happy Gilmore 2, which is going to be released later this year.

3 Arts, meanwhile, is majority owned by Lionsgate and recently oversaw the production of Oscar-winning film American Fiction.

‘Athletes and talent today are more than just one thing — they’re entrepreneurs, brands and leaders,’ Aaron Eanes said in a press release on Monday.

‘3 Arts’ expertise in talent management and production, combined with our expertise in brand building and sports, gives our clients the resources and guidance they need to thrive in today’s changing marketplace.

‘Together, our shared vision is to empower talent to maximize their impact, wherever their ambitions take them.’

Kelce has yet to respond to the news himself but his mother Donna liked the post on social media that the two brothers made to announce their news.

In a New York Times interview in April 2024, the Eanes brothers said they wanted to make Kelce ‘as famous as The Rock’ and that his rise – inevitably boosted by his romance with Taylor Swift – was part of a plan they had made for the Chiefs tight end.

‘People say to me, “Man, it’s been a crazy year,”‘ Aaron Eanes said. “When I say, “Actually, it’s not that crazy,” people look at me funny.

‘It’s because it’s easy when you have a plan. We’re executing that plan.’

The Eanes brothers have known Kelce since his college days, meeting through a mutual friend.

‘He was always the life of the party. Everyone wanted to go hang out with Travis,’ Andre Eanes told the NY Times.

Kelce nearly retired in February, after the Chiefs were humiliated in the Super Bowl by the Philadelphia Eagles – losing 40-22 in New Orleans in a repeat of the 2023 showdown.

But after time to consider what the future holds, Kelce announced on his New Heights podcast that he was staying in the game.

And his teammate Patrick Mahomes said last week that Kelce doesn’t look like a man who is only going to be back for one more year.

‘If it’s the last ride, you would never know,’ Mahomes said after being asked about Kelce’s approach ahead of what could be his final year.

‘I mean, the way he’s talking about football, the way he’s talking about working and trying to be even better this year than he was last year. He doesn’t seem like a guy that, it’s his last ride, like he’s tired of the job.

‘He’s in here, he’s working and I know his body feels good, I think it feels better than even last year before going into last season.’

But whatever the future holds for Kelce, the people around him are making sure he has a seemless path from the football field to the big screen whenever he finally decides to hang up his cleats.
