What’s everybody watching over the Fourth of July weekend?

We’ll definitely be streaming Ryan Coogler’s much-praised thriller Sinners on HBO Max and renting Andrew DeYoung’s cringe-comedy gem Friendship on Amazon. You might also be interested in checking out The Old Guard 2 on Netflix, Love Me on Paramount+, and the action-comedy featuring Idris Elba, John Cena, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Heads of State, available on Prime Video.

As for TV shows, we’ve been caught up in all the excitement from Love Island, but we’ll also tune in to The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reunion special on Hulu. Wondering about MobLand? Unfortunately, its Season 1 finale already aired in June, so no new episodes this week. If you’re searching for something similar, check out Giovanni Ribisi’s underrated 2017 crime dramedy Sneaky Pete, available on Prime Video and coming to Netflix on July 10.

Has MobLand been renewed for Season 2? When does MobLand return with new episodes? Here’s everything you need to know.

Is MobLand Airing A New Episode on Paramount+ This Week?

Nope. MobLand isn’t airing a new episode for the foreseeable future. The season finale (“The Beast in Me”) debuted June 1 on Paramount+.

How Many Episodes Are There of MobLand Season 1?

The first season of MobLand consists of ten episodes.

Will There Be a Season 2 of MobLand on Paramount+?

Yes! On Monday, June 23, Paramount announced a second season renewal for MobLand.

MobLand was one of those fantastic moments when Chris McCarthy approached us with his vision of crafting the next big mob series,” explained 101 Studios CEO David C. Glasser. “After a journey through the UK countryside to get Guy Ritchie on board, we both realized we had found the perfect formula. With the incredible talent of Guy, Ronan, Jez, and our amazing cast, we brought that vision to life.”

No official release date has been announced, but there’s usually a pretty substantial delay between seasons for Paramount+ shows (although many of them were due to the 2023 writers/actors strikes as well as the busy schedules of the high-profile casts). Per Men’s Health, production on the first season started in November 2024 and ended in March 2025.

Based on the above info, our best guess for MobLand’s Season 2 premiere date would be late 2026 or early 2027.

Where To Watch MobLand Season 1 Online:

You can watch MobLand on Paramount+, which is available for as little as $7.99/month or $59.99/year. Paramount Plus Premium (formerly known as Paramount+ with Showtime), which includes a CBS live stream, is also an option for $12.99/month (or $119.99/year).

You can also add Paramount Plus Premium to your Prime Video or Hulu account for an extra $12.99/month. You can sample the platform on Amazon with a seven-day free trial.

Does Paramount+ Offer A Free Trial?

You bet! The streamer is currently offering a seven-day free trial as well as a 25% student discount.
