Olivia Culpo and her husband Christian McCaffrey have welcomed their first child, a baby girl, named Colette. 

The former pageant queen, 33, announced the wonderful news on Sunday by sharing a collection of black and white photos from the hospital featuring their newborn.

‘Colette Annalise McCaffrey,’ the model captioned her post, which received more than 211,859 others likes in 30 minutes.  

In another sweet post, uploaded to her Instagram Story, Culpo gushed ‘Colette is so lucky to have the best daddy in the world. A love like no other.’

She also described giving birth as ‘the scariest and most rewarding of all experiences.’ 

‘As soon as he entered the room, I felt the utmost peace [crying emoji], observe the grip,’ the new mother commented about McCaffrey, describing her tight hold on his arm.

In the first image, the couple’s newborn could be seen reaching up as she lays on a fuzzy blanket with her head turned to the side.

Another photo showed McCaffrey gazing adoringly at his wife as she held their daughter in her arms.

The French name Colette is said to mean ‘people of victory,’ and it was ranked No. 400 on Nameberry’s Top 1000 baby names in the United States last year.

Other celebrities who chose Colette include FBI: Most Wanted actor Dylan McDermott and Fire Country actress Constance Zimmer.

The German middle name of Annalise reportedly means ‘grace and pledged to God’ and it was ranked No. 462 of Nameberry’s Top 1000 baby names in the States last year.

Oscar winner Jamie Foxx famously named his 16-year-old daughter Annalise Bishop, but he now spells it ‘Anelise.’

Culpo kept her pregnancy hidden for approximately six months. 

In May a source told DailyMail.com that she first ‘started telling very close family members she was pregnant around Thanksgiving.’ 

The pair went public with the news in March.  

She shared a series of stunning black-and-white snaps of herself cradling her bump on social media as she announced to her followers: ‘Next chapter, motherhood.’

Olivia also shared a video of herself and Christian romantically holding hands and kissing outdoors.

The couple, who began dating since 2019, tied the knot last summer in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island.

Christian is the star running back for the San Francisco 49ers, while Olivia is an actress, model and former pageant star.

Having a child was a dream Olivia was unsure she would be able to attain. 

During a 2022 episode of the reality show Culpo Sisters, she said: ‘I want to have kids, but I want to make sure that I can. It could be really hard for me to have babies.

She continued: ‘Endometriosis can affect your fertility in a lot of different ways.

‘You can have endometrial tissue growing near or on your ovaries, it can affect the quality of your eggs, scar your fallopian tubes.

‘There is so much that I don’t know about what’s going to happen in the future with that condition, and I worry all the time about my timeline. I feel like I have to have kids ASAP.’
