HORRIFYING details have been revealed about the Kentucky church shooting that killed two and injured three.

The gunman declared, “Someone’s gonna have to die,” before opening fire as he hunted his ex-wife and the mother of his three children.

Guy House, 47, burst into Richmond Road Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky, on Sunday afternoon.

Beverly Gumm, 72, and her daughter Star Rutherford were in the church’s basement preparing lunch for the congregation when the incident occurred, as explained by Rutherford to the Lexington Herald-Leader. They were the mother and sister of House’s former partner.

After House barged through the doors, he demanded to speak with his ex-wife, but the two women told him she wasn’t there.

He then said, “Well, someone’s gonna have to die, then,” and started shooting, Rutherford recalled.

Beverly ducked out of the way for House’s first shot, but was killed by the second.

House then left and fatally shot Rutherford’s other sister, Christina Combs, 32, outside of the church.

He then shot Beverly’s husband and the church’s longtime pastor, Jerry Gumm, and Christina’s husband, Randy Combs.

Cops then arrived on the scene and shot and killed House.

Jerry and Randy were rushed to a local hospital, where Jerry remains in critical condition.

Rutherford wrote on Facebook on Sunday night that Randy was awake, while Jerry was still “sedated from surgery.”

She told the Herald-Leader that she held Beverly, a mother of eight, as she died.

Christina leaves behind five children, including a six-month-old baby. She was planning to graduate from nursing school in December.

“They were both incredible moms,” commented Rachael Barnes, another sister, mentioning that her mother and sister were enjoying serving the community in dedication to “serving the Lord” when the tragedy happened.

Barnes and Rutherford told the Herald-Leader they didn’t know a possible motive for House opening fire on the small, tight-knit church.

House’s violent spree started at around 11:30 am on Sunday at the Blue Grass Airport.

A state trooper stopped House’s car after receiving a “license plate reader alert,” according to Lexington Police Chief Lawrence Weathers.

House then shot the trooper, who is now in stable condition.

He then carjacked a vehicle and fled the scene as cops tracked him.

House drove to the church, which is about 16 miles away and a 30-minute drive from the airport.

GUNMAN’S CRIMINAL HISTORY

Court documents show that House had a domestic violence hearing scheduled for Monday, the Herald-Leader reported.

He had an extensive criminal history, including auto theft and aggression toward police.

Last year, he tested positive for methamphetamine and violated his probation. He was reportedly released from probation in January.

Cops are still investigating his motive.

“Why did he kill my mom and sister, that idk,” his ex-wife wrote on Facebook.

“I will never know.”

The family is now raising money for Beverly’s funeral as well as support for Christina and Randy’s family.
