Elsa Pataky has broken her silence after spending a significant amount of time away from her Australian actor husband Chris Hemsworth.

The Fast & Furious actress, 48, posted a collection of photos on Instagram on Wednesday, capturing moments with her co-stars on the set of her upcoming Spanish TV series, Matices.

One photo captured Elsa and a male colleague embracing as they watched footage of her performance on the European soap opera.

Another picture showed a glamorous-looking Elsa posing with female colleagues during a filming break.

Elsa looked to be having the time of her life as she worked on her new show, which premiered in May.

She captioned the photos with some excited words: ‘Working in Spain again with my favourites!’

It comes after Elsa’s husband Chris attended Evian’s VIP suite on the final day of Wimbledon without his wife on Sunday.

The Thor star, 41, and Spanish actress haven’t been pictured together in weeks and recently went on very different trips away.

Chris enjoyed a seaside retreat in Hossegor, France, with his longtime personal trainer and close friend Luke Zocchi, while Elsa took pleasure in her own vacation in her homeland, Spain.

The couple is still spending time apart and Chris smiled as he posed alongside Dame Helen Mirren and Stormzy at the tennis match over the weekend.

Elsa has been keeping a low profile and hadn’t posted on social media in weeks until Wednesday.

Chris and Elsa were last pictured together one week prior to their holidays as they supported their son Sasha at his surfing competition in Byron Bay.

The couple tied the knot during the Christmas holidays in 2010.

The Hemsworths have made Byron Bay their home in recent years, after relocating from Los Angeles to Australia nine years ago.

Chris has frequently shared glimpses of their laid-back, surf-filled lifestyle on social media.

The couple purchased their sprawling 4.2-hectare estate in Byron Bay back in 2014 for $7million, eventually constructing a $50million mega-mansion on the site.

The property features six bedrooms, a spa, games and media rooms, as well as sprawling outdoor living areas.

Chris recently revealed a new addition to the sprawling property – a lavish home gym.

The Thor star created a state-of-the-art training facility called The Shed for his fitness brand, Centr, which was unveiled in January.
