As Alexis prepares to marry John Janssen this fall, she offered fans a glimpse into their blended family life. The couple spent Saturday in Los Angeles County enjoying a thrilling but tiring day of watersports with their kids.
“Family funday…. jetskis to Catalina,” Alexis captioned an August 9 Instagram video. “I guess all 6 kids are as crazy as mom/stepmom.”
The outing included Alexis’ 17-year-old twins, Miles and Mackenna, and her 19-year-old son, James, all of whom she shares with her ex-husband, Jim Bellino. John brought along his two adult daughters and adult son from his previous marriage.

Alexis shared additional photos and videos of their family adventure, which featured an extensive 11-hour jet-ski trip from Long Beach to Catalina Island. She recapped the adventure in an August 10 Instagram post with lovely images of her and John, stunning ocean views, and a remarkable video of dolphins.

“[Forty-six] miles on a [Sea-Doo] across the ocean!!!!! Follow our journey!!! A must-do!!!!” she expressed in her post. “All the kids, John, and I made the journey from Long Beach to Catalina and back!!! We had a clear ocean for a bit, but it didn’t last long, and oh my goodness… we are feeling it today. It’s like we were hit by a truck. But every bit was worth it!!!!
“Jet skiing alongside dolphins for 10 minutes!!!!! But the blooper video is a must-see,” Alexis added. “[Twelve] of us took part in this 11-hour adventure… only 5 of us had the courage for the last photo…. no blame. It was exhausting. Yet EVERY BIT WORTH IT!!!!!! And thank God, no injuries, just a lot of AA…Aches and Advil!!!”
Alexis Bellino shares details on her and John Janssen’s wedding plans
Alexis and John plan to wed in October, about 14 months after their engagement. The former Housewife hinted at their wedding plans during a September 2024 interview with BravoTV.com, describing the ceremony as intimate and unique.

“We’re not doing a typical wedding. We’re changing it. We have a couple of creative ideas,” she revealed. “I’m not walking down an aisle, but my son James did ask to give me [away] to John, so we’re gonna figure that out since I don’t want to walk down an aisle.”

Alexis said she and John wanted to cap the guest list at 100 family members and close friends. RHOC’s Tamra Judge said she will attend the wedding and confirmed that her castmate Heather Dubrow also received an invitation.
Shortly after her “family funday,” Alexis revealed that she and John also invited their personal chef, Mac Noodlez, to the wedding. Alexis reshared an Instagram video of Mac — who has made numerous appearances on RHOC — showing off the gorgeous wedding invite.
“I have just received an invitation to the Alexis Bellino and John Janssen wedding,” he said while holding the monogrammed card. “I am super stoked, super honored that they would want me to be present, in attendance, at this wedding. So, I cannot wait. It’s in October. I think I’m gonna get a nice green tux… This is super awesome. This wedding is gonna be super beautiful.”
