Elon Musk’s baby mama Ashley St. Clair (pictured) announced that she is broke and is even getting evicted as she debuted her new podcast on Monday. The 26-year-old, who is in the process of fighting the Tesla CEO for custody of their nearly one-year-old son Romulus, opened her show, entitled Bad Advice with Ashley St. Clair by claiming she is in desperate need of the money.
!['Well after a year of unplanned career [self-murder], many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot be legally explained, I've decided to start a podcast,' St. Clair said. 'Not because anybody asked, but because statistically speaking, it was either join this or join a [multi-level marketing scheme]. So here we are. And unlike your Ben Shapiros or Megyn Kellys, I'm not starting this because I think my big-brain thoughts and my podcast mic are the greatest gift to humanity. I actually think I have the worst ideas, so consider everything out of my mouth a cautionary tale. Also, I'm getting evicted and Polymarket offered me $10,000 to do an ad read,' she announced. 'So with that, the roof over my head has been brought to you by Polymarket.'](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2025/08/19/07/101345119-0-image-a-89_1755585550138.jpg)
‘Well after a year of unplanned career [self-murder], many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot be legally explained, I’ve decided to start a podcast,’ St. Clair said. ‘Not because anybody asked, but because statistically speaking, it was either join this or join a [multi-level marketing scheme]. So here we are. And unlike your Ben Shapiros or Megyn Kellys, I’m not starting this because I think my big-brain thoughts and my podcast mic are the greatest gift to humanity. I actually think I have the worst ideas, so consider everything out of my mouth a cautionary tale. Also, I’m getting evicted and Polymarket offered me $10,000 to do an ad read,’ she announced. ‘So with that, the roof over my head has been brought to you by Polymarket.’

Musk had reportedly offered St. Clair $15million and $100,000 a month to keep quiet about her pregnancy, but she took him to court instead. After doing so, Musk ‘substantially’ reduced the amount of money was paying to St. Clair, her lawyers have claimed. During that period, a resolution seemed a long way off as St. Clair claimed that Musk ‘no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably.’

Romulus, Musk’s 13th child, was born in September 2024 and St. Clair went public with her story on Valentine’s Day. ‘Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,’ she wrote on social media. ‘I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,’ St. Clair continued. ‘I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.’

St. Clair went on to claim that she and Musk got together in St. Barts in the Caribbean in January last year and had sexual intercourse twice, leading to the conception of the child. In her original petition for sole custody, St. Clair claimed the SpaceX founder had only met their child three times and that she is the only parent to make decisions on the child’s behalf. She claimed that Musk was not present for the birth of the boy and hasn’t expressed any interest in having custody.

Musk has amplified remarks from fellow MAGA influencer Isabella Moody, who shared a series of messages between her and St. Clair in which St. Clair appears to discuss seducing the billionaire. ‘Elon followed me. I need his rocket babies,’ messages purportedly from St. Clair read. Moody said the messages were ‘evidence Ashley planned to baby trap Elon,’ saying St. Clair sent her the texts in May 2023, when she first met Musk and ‘started sleeping with him.’

A paternity test has since revealed there is a 99.99 percent chance Musk is the boy’s father, and in March he claimed he had provided St. Clair $2.5 million and was also sending her $500,000 a month. ‘I don’t know if the child is mine or not,’ he wrote. ‘Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and was currently sending her $500k/year.’ St. Clair then fought back, calling Musk a ‘petulant man-child’ and claiming he ‘withdrew most of’ his child support payments in response to her public statements.

On her podcast Monday, St. Clair seemed to take another swipe at Musk as she ruthlessly mocked his one-time protégé Edward ‘Big Balls’ Coristine, 19, who was violently attacked while trying to stop a carjacking on August 3. ‘I have to start off with what everybody’s been waiting for me to talk about. The story that’s dominated the headlines, the one that made the entire world go “This can’t be real life, we must be living in a simulation:” Elon Musk. Elon Musk’s Big Balls,’ St. Clair began. ‘Big Balls is the name of Elon Musk’s DOGE crony Edward Coristine and recently he got beat up. He got attacked in Washington DC, and depending on who you ask, Big Balls was assaulted by a violent gang. In reality, it was two teenagers, but you know, Fox News has a strict policy that any time there’s more than one black person or migrant in the same location, it’s automatically a gang,’ she claimed. ‘One is a criminal, two is a march, three is a cartel.’
![She went on to note that the suspects 'roughed him up' and gave Coristine a bloody nose. 'The damage was on par with what I sustained after I told my toddler he couldn't watch Paw Patrol,' St. Clair joked. 'It was brutal, violent stuff.' The MAGA influencer then noted that the brutal beating came after Coristine tried to stop a carjacking. 'He was with his girlfriend, or lady partner, whatever the Musk orbit calls their non-committal fluid breeding vessel contenders these days,' she mused. '... He got his [expletive] beat so bad, some are calling it "reparations." I, of course, would never do that,' St. Clair quipped. 'But what I don't understand is why didn't you just let them take the car?'](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2025/08/19/07/101345149-0-image-a-97_1755585671058.jpg)

Coristine was the only one injured in the attempted carjacking, and by the time cops arrived on the scene, the suspects fled the scene. Two 15-year-olds, a boy and a girl from Hyattsville, Maryland, were later arrested, and police released an image of the third suspect who remains on the run. He appeared to be a black man with short black hair wearing a surgical mask pulled down to his chin and a grey shirt.

President Donald Trump has since used the incident as a pretense to send the National Guard to the nation’s capital, claiming the teenager was ‘very badly hurt’ and ‘beat up by a bunch of thugs in DC.’ ‘We just almost lost a young man, beautiful, handsome guy that got the hell knocked out of him the night before last. I’m going to call him now,’ the president added. ‘He was left dripping in blood. He thought he was dead with a broken nose and concussion. Can’t believe that he’s alive.’
