Video evidence has surfaced showing Western Bulldogs player Jamarra Ugle-Hagan at the location where a firearm was discharged outside a Melbourne nightclub over the weekend.

It shows Ugle-Hagan standing with a friend outside the Love Machine club about 2.30am on Sunday.

A third male approaches the pair and a brief scuffle breaks out between Ugle-Hagan’s associate and the man.

The former No.1 draft pick attempts to intervene before he steps back as the fight spills onto the street.

Police claim that’s when a gun was fired.

The scuffling pair fled the scene, while Ugle-Hagan was seen re-entering the nightclub.

Ugle-Hagan maintains he is being treated as a witness in the shooting and has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
