But Australian property investor Adrian Portelli hosted an elaborate gender reveal ahead of the birth of his first child next year.
The Block bidder, known as ‘Mr Lambo’ for his love of flashy cars, and his glamourous girlfriend are expecting a baby boy.
According to the Herald Sun, the couple held the gender reveal in July at his $39 million penthouse in East Melbourne.
Portelli organised three roulettes to fly over the building, with one spraying blue, another purple and the third a yellow trail behind them.

Daily Mail Australia revealed last week that Portelli is set to welcome his first child with his partner in late January.
The 34-year-old confirmed the news, but chose to keep the identity of his partner under wraps.
Sources close to the tattooed businessman have said that he is ‘beyond excited’ with the news and ‘looking forward to a new chapter’ in his life.
The news has emerged just weeks after it was disclosed that his stylish former partner, the brunette beauty Anastasia Iliopoulos, will be featured in the forthcoming season of The Bachelors.

Portelli meanwhile made headlines last year for pushing up the price of Omar and Oz’s home during The Block finale.
He kicked off the bidding at $4.5 million, well above the $4.08 million reserve, and his dynamic approach led to the eventual purchaser, Danny Wallis, shelling out an astonishing $5,666,666.66 for the five-bedroom, 10-acre Gisborne property.
In addition, he operates his own promotions and giveaway company, concentrating on high-end cars and luxury homes, and owns The Little Legends Foundation, which delivers urgent medical support and life experiences to children in need.
