Jessica Alba’s ex Cash Warren had a female friend by his side as he enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles. 

The film producer, aged 46, was seen with actress Seanna Pereira outside the exclusive Bird Streets Club, a private members-only restaurant, earlier today.

The duo were said to have stepped out of the establishment at approximately 1AM today, and appeared to be waiting by the valet.  

Both Alba and Warren have started new chapters after their breakup earlier this year. The Pair of Thieves founder has been associated with model Hana Sun Doerr, 25, while the actress is reportedly seeing actor Danny Ramirez, 32.

Pereira, who is around 20 years old, dazzled in a chic white top teamed with high-waisted black shorts, kitten heels, and a stylish quilted Chanel handbag.

The actress, known for her roles in 24: Legacy, Everglades, and the upcoming movie Shoot or Die, waited patiently next to Warren as he engaged in a conversation with someone not visible in the scene.

Daily Mail has contacted Warren via his Pair of Thieves company and Pereira for comment about the outing but did not immediately hear back.  

Since their separation, Alba and Warren, who co-parent three children, have both pursued relationships with notably younger partners and appear comfortable with each other’s age-gap relationships.

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source dished to Us Weekly. ‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.’

The person close to the situation added, ‘They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. 

‘They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.’

Warren and Sun Doerr met through mutual friends and are now exclusive, said UsWeekly’s source.

It was noted that the relationship is in the early stages and the two have not considered their long-term future.

Meanwhile, Alba and Ramirez connected through friends and have a more casual bond.

‘It’s less serious than Cash’s relationship,’ the insider shared. ‘It’s fun and casual.’

Jessica and Cash are parents to daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, seven.

And neither of them are ready to introducer their new flames to their brood.

The source explained, ‘They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious.’

For now, the entrepreneurs’ priority is maintaining a ‘stable and peaceful environment for their kids.’

The Honey actress announced her split from her husband of nearly 17 years in January.

Proving that their relationship is amicable, she paid tribute to her ex with a heartfelt message on Father’s Day in June.
