People are working to find out where those who were detained are being held Tuesday morning.

The immigration facility in Broadview is supposed to be a main processing hub immigration arrests.

In Little Village, a woman reported seeing agents on 24th and Albany and a man was ordered to get out of a car.

Afterward the wife and two young children sat nearby in tears, wondering where they had taken their husband and father.

The family of the man detained Monday is working with an attorney to determine where he is being held and whether he can be released on bond.

Over in West Chicago, state lawmakers said ICE detained more than a dozen people Monday.

State Senator Karina Villa, a Democrat, mentioned spotting individuals she suspects were ICE agents wearing masks. She advised community members to remain indoors.

“We are here to show our solidarity and our commitment to our people,” Villa said.

Immigrant advocate groups also reported ICE activity in Aurora.

The Little Village Community Council says they are trying to help get legal representation for those who have been detained.
