On the day of the incident, September 10, 2025, Twiggs received a text from Robinson instructing him to “drop what you are doing, look under my keyboard.” Upon checking, Twiggs discovered a note which read, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.” The police obtained a photograph of this note.
