An Israeli missile strike on the Medical Relief building in Gaza City resulted in the death of 8-year-old Nour Daloul, according to an NBC News team in Gaza. Although Israel had provided a warning prior to the attack, several casualties occurred, including Nour. Her parents, Nidal and Mirvat, were devastated upon finding her lifeless, crying and holding her close.
