In Kentucky, a customer at a Little Caesars purportedly became extremely upset upon learning she was required to pay $1 for extra sauce with her meal.

Now, she’s on the hook for more than $1,000 in damages for allegedly destroying multiple things inside the pizza joint.

Court records show that Breanna Haynes, 32, is charged with first-degree criminal mischief in connection with her Jan. 24 outburst.

According to the charging documents, obtained by local ABC affiliate WHAS, Haynes allegedly “became angry” when informed about the fee for additional sauces. An employee had already given her one sauce without charge upon her arrival to collect her meal, yet she reportedly demanded more and declined to pay the fee, as stated by the police.

The reportedly infuriated customer began causing a scene at the Little Caesars on North 22nd Street in Louisville by knocking items off the front counter, including a personalized computer stand and cash register. Afterward, she allegedly fled the store. The specific items Haynes ordered remain unspecified.

It took nearly seven months for police to arrest and charge Haynes following an investigation. It’s unclear what led to the delay.

In her mugshot, Haynes appears to have tears in her eyes. Surveillance video allegedly shows her carrying out the sauce-related restaurant attack.

According to WHAS, Haynes appeared in court last week due to the mischief charge, having caused over $1,000 in damages. A Jefferson County judge has prohibited her from entering the Little Caesars and contacting its employees.

Haynes has since bonded out of jail and is scheduled to appear in court again on Wednesday.
