Robot vacuums that mop effectively are typically expensive, but fortunately, a few of our top models are available at a substantial discount just ahead of Amazon’s upcoming Prime Day event next week. Currently, Amazon is offering the Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni and the newer Deebot X9 Pro Omni to Prime members at $799.99 ($300 off) and $899.99 ($400 off), respectively, marking the lowest prices we’ve observed for these models.

The Deebot X8 Pro Omni is a superb vacuum and mop combination, featuring an extendable roller mop capable of applying up to 4,000Pa of pressure to access hard-to-reach areas like corners. The smart roller mop can self-clean while maintaining your home, and this vacuum includes a compact multifunction dock that refills the robot using an integrated water tank and transfers dirty water to a separate waste tank to avoid spreading stains throughout your home.

In terms of vacuuming, the X8 Pro Omni offers a robust 18,000Pa of suction and features a high-quality anti-tangle brush that minimizes the risk of getting tangled in debris. This powerful vacuum also employs lidar and a 3D camera for mapping, which helps it detect and steer clear of obstacles, adjust to varying edges and baseboards, and navigate corners quite adeptly. It also supports Matter, enabling compatibility with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice control.

The newer Ecovacs Deebot X9 Pro Omni is almost identical to the X8 Pro, but includes slight enhancements making it an even more effective cleaning device. While it offers slightly lower suction at 16,600Pa, it introduces Boosted Large-Airflow Suction Technology. This feature optimizes the airflow path from intake to exhaust rather than relying solely on suction power. This allows increased airflow — and therefore more dust and debris — to pass through, achieving a deeper clean if you’re prepared to spend an additional $100.
