Texas resident in porta-potty struck by pickup truck

In Lubbock, Texas, a local resident found himself in a bizarre accident when a porta-potty he was using at his construction site was run over on Monday.

According to police documents accessed by EverythingLubbock.com, the victim stated that he noticed the suspect driving slowly nearby. The suspect reportedly lingered in the area throughout the morning, seemingly observing him.

As the day progressed, the victim recounted that upon entering the porta-potty, he was hit by what appeared to be an F-250 pickup truck. Attempting to flee, the victim was pursued by the suspect, who engaged him in a fight until some coworkers intervened.

The suspect then got back into the truck and left the scene. When investigators arrived, they found the smashed porta-potty and tire tracks leading up to and beyond it.

The victim also had minor injuries above his left eye, but refused medical treatment from EMS.

During the investigation, it was discovered that the victim and suspect had previously worked together but did not share a personal relationship. The suspect was reportedly angry with the victim due to a brief relationship he had with the suspect’s ex-girlfriend.

As of Wednesday afternoon, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident.
