A search conducted on Friday at a 55-acre property reportedly uncovered no sign of a Pennsylvania woman who vanished earlier this month.

Philadelphia police conducted a search at Awbury Arboretum, following reports of a missing 23-year-old woman, Kada Scott, last seen on October 4, according to WTXF. Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore mentioned that their search had targeted areas where vehicles typically enter and leave the property, but nothing substantial was uncovered.

Vanore said they believe Scott is not “voluntarily missing,” though he could not confirm whether foul play is involved.

Scott was last seen leaving early from her overnight shift at a nursing home. Her car was found in the nursing home’s parking lot.

Philadelphia Police Captain John Craig noted that Scott, prior to her disappearance, did not exhibit any signs of planning to go missing, as confirmed by her colleagues who noticed nothing unusual.

Nonetheless, Craig pointed out a critical detail that Scott had informed her family about receiving threatening phone calls shortly before her disappearance. The police continue to investigate these calls as the identity of the caller remains unclear.

Scott reportedly left home with her car keys, iPad, iPhone, and iWatch. Her phone has been shut off, so cops cannot track her location.

Scott is described as being 5 feet 6 inches in height and weighing approximately 120 pounds. The Philadelphia police urge anyone with knowledge regarding this case to reach out at 215-686-3353.
