Father of missing baby Emmanuel Haro pleads guilty to murder

The father of the missing infant, Emmanuel Haro, has entered a guilty plea to all charges in a dramatic turnabout from his earlier stance. This development took place in court on Thursday.

The charges he faces include second-degree homicide, filing a false police report, and assault of a child under the age of eight, which resulted in great bodily harm and death. His sentencing is scheduled for November 3, 2025.

Jake and Rebecca Haro both appeared in court, confronting murder charges following their report in August that their seven-month-old son, Emmanuel, had gone missing.
